   • Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages by replying “STOP,” or by contacting us at [email protected]. Standard carrier fees may apply.

   • Frequency: SMS messages are sent primarily to confirm appointments or for essential service updates, though you may receive additional promotional texts if you have specifically consented.
